Our kitties (7 months old) loved when Paige came over to play with them. The pictures and videos she sent were always full of play and fun. Paige was very thoughtful and kept us up to date which really allowed us to have a carefree vacation. Paige is also so easy to work with and we even scheduled her for an additional visit at the last minute which she kindly accommodated! highly recommend having Paige cat sit your fur balls

We’ve just started having Paige take care of our cat and couldn’t be more pleased with her service. She’s been so diligent and caring with our senior cat. Since he can be a bit stand-offish, she’s patiently and carefully approached him. Now, he’s very trusting of her. Paige provides great updates each visit which is quite reassuring. She gives excellent care and we highly recommend her.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
