I had a great experience with Michaela. She was communicative and I felt confident even after our initial meet & greet. My cat is very shy and she was very understanding. Michaela was able to coax him out of his hiding spot. This was impressive because he's never done this with any other sitter... even if he immediately went to his _other_ hiding spot (he's a VERY shy cat). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
