I have had cats in my family ever since I was a little girl! Some of my most special childhood memories are when we rescued abandoned litters of kittens and people from our town would come and adopt them out of our garage. The BEST was when my parents would let us keep the last kitten that no one else wanted to adopt. We always had two to three cats in our house growing up at any given time (Willy, Annie, Skittles, Miley, Puff Daddy, Smokey...just to name a few) and when I moved out and went away to college, I rescued my own. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
