"As I began writing thi , I said aloud to my husband, “Ok, so, five stars…” and he said, “No. FIVE HUNDRED stars.” Kyle just inspires that kind of devotion. Usually, when we return from a week or more away, our cat is semi-feral and incandescent with rage at us, taking hours or even a day or more to get comfortable with us again. This time, she trotted right out, vocal and affectionate. She’s not an easy cat to get to know, but Kyle worked so hard to make inroads with her, and it showed in her demeanor right away. And he shared his progress as we were gone, letting us know how they were getting along (in addition to detailed reports on everything, including her litter activity). Kyle is uncommonly devoted to his work as a sitter, but more importantly, he just loves cats. It’s clear that he’s curious and insightful, willing to go far to uncover the reasons behind certain behaviors and help troubleshoot. He even shared treats with her and brought her a pack of the ones she liked. We’ve never had an experience this positive and hope we never have to work with a non-Kyle sitter again. "We are beyond happy to have had Bradley come take care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country for 6 days. From the initial communication, he was quick to respond, personable, and asked questions to understand our cats needs. He was able to come out for a meet and greet to learn the ins and outs of both the apartment and cat needs. We named upfront that one of our cats would need a lot of attention, while our other one would be hiding the whole time and that was okay. He met them both perfectly at what they needed, whether it was playing with our energetic boy or respecting the space for our shy girl (while also making sure she was getting love too with treats nearby!) We received communication with multiple pictures of both the cats and their food/litter after each visit that made being away from them so much easier. It was great to see how comfortable the cats were with him! You can tell how much he understands cats from the pictures as well and how they get pets (lots of chin scritches!) He even checked if he should take out the recycling and trash - definitely not something we asked for or needed but its comforting knowing he's looking out to make us being away as easy as possible. He was a reliable and great person to have come make sure our little ones were taken care of while we were away. We have some more upcoming trips and hope to reserve him to come by then as well!"

Thank goodness Franka was there because our apartment had some building issues during her stay, and she was on top of it! She managed to find the super and maintenance team asap (without us since we didn’t have good service), so the issues were handled before we returned. She also left the apartment spotless. "Erika was an outstanding overnight cat sitter for my senior kitty. So far she has completed three separate bookings for my cat: 3 nights, 2 nights, and 15 nights. Erika was unphased by the requirements of my senior kitty: twice daily pills, twice daily ear drops/ointment, and daily ear cleaning. She reported several times through the day on exactly what time these things were done, and how they went. Additionally, my cat is prone to going on hunger strikes when I leave; Erika promptly communicated how much the kitty ate and how long it took for her to eat (or not) her food so we could make decisions together about whether/when to stimulate her appetite. For one more challenge, my cat was having some litter box issues; thanks to Erika’s diligent reports, we tested a different litter and box placement and found a combination that got kitty back on track. Erika sent great photos and updates. She was a perfect house guest as well— my place looks as good or better than when I left, even after a couple weeks. I’ve already rebooked Erika for my next trip. And my cat will be thrilled— it’s clear she got a little attached and enjoyed “helping” with her knitting."

For one more challenge, my cat was having some litter box issues; thanks to Erika’s diligent reports, we tested a different litter and box placement and found a combination that got kitty back on track. Erika sent great photos and updates. She was a perfect house guest as well— my place looks as good or better than when I left, even after a couple weeks. I’ve already rebooked Erika for my next trip. And my cat will be thrilled— it’s clear she got a little attached and enjoyed “helping” with her knitting."
