"We are beyond happy to have had Bradley come take care of our 2 cats while we were out of the country for 6 days. From the initial communication, he was quick to respond, personable, and asked questions to understand our cats needs. He was able to come out for a meet and greet to learn the ins and outs of both the apartment and cat needs. We named upfront that one of our cats would need a lot of attention, while our other one would be hiding the whole time and that was okay. He met them both perfectly at what they needed, whether it was playing with our energetic boy or respecting the space for our shy girl (while also making sure she was getting love too with treats nearby!) We received communication with multiple pictures of both the cats and their food/litter after each visit that made being away from them so much easier. It was great to see how comfortable the cats were with him! You can tell how much he understands cats from the pictures as well and how they get pets (lots of chin scritches!) He even checked if he should take out the recycling and trash - definitely not something we asked for or needed but its comforting knowing he's looking out to make us being away as easy as possible. He was a reliable and great person to have come make sure our little ones were taken care of while we were away. We have some more upcoming trips and hope to reserve him to come by then as well!"

"Elizabeth is the best! That’s all you need to know, but I shall not gatekeep her glory! Elizabeth just cat sat for me for 10 days (45 min sessions) while I was on vacation in Hawaii, an 11-hour flight from where I live. I had never used a cat sitter before—as in, I have never left my cat Rune alone for more than a DAY, so you can imagine how skeptical and scared I was. I decided to give Meowtel a chance over Rover because I read online that Meowtel vets their cat sitters much more extensively, and I was really nervous at the prospect of allowing a stranger into my home while I was away. I’m SO GLAD I decided to trust my gut and try it, because I truly could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Elizabeth. I was so impressed with her. Elizabeth got in contact with me quickly after booking and asked thorough, thoughtful questions leading up to our reservation (and took her OWN notes!). It’s clear to me that she truly cares about what she does, and has extensive experience with cats, because she knows how to interact with them in a way that respects their boundaries and keeps them calm yet curious. She asks all the right questions. She is kind, calm, professional, soft spoken, follows directions to a T, she’s an excellent communicator (she told me every day what time she expected to stop by and provided photos/videos/summaries every single day), and she was so incredibly respectful of my space and things (she left everything exactly as I had it and even asked if I have any house rules and if she should take off her shoes which I thought was so sweet of her). More than experience alone though, I think she truly has a gift with feline friends. My kitty took a liking to her right away, and he normally hides under the bed and doesn’t trust strangers. Not so with Elizabeth - he saw something good in her and bravely came mosying up to her from day 1, and by day 2 he was playing and making biscuits on her! Elizabeth is the kind of person who you can tell just has good cat energy/spirit, and animals can tell too. She even still visited my kitty during a 2-day snowstorm! "Elizabeth is the best! That’s all you need to know, but I shall not gatekeep her glory! Elizabeth just cat sat for me for 10 days (45 min sessions) while I was on vacation in Hawaii, an 11-hour flight from where I live. I had never used a cat sitter before—as in, I have never left my cat Rune alone for more than a DAY, so you can imagine how skeptical and scared I was. I decided to give Meowtel a chance over Rover because I read online that Meowtel vets their cat sitters much more extensively, and I was really nervous at the prospect of allowing a stranger into my home while I was away. I’m SO GLAD I decided to trust my gut and try it, because I truly could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had with Elizabeth. I was so impressed with her. Elizabeth got in contact with me quickly after booking and asked thorough, thoughtful questions leading up to our reservation (and took her OWN notes!). It’s clear to me that she truly cares about what she does, and has extensive experience with cats, because she knows how to interact with them in a way that respects their boundaries and keeps them calm yet curious. She asks all the right questions. She is kind, calm, professional, soft spoken, follows directions to a T, she’s an excellent communicator (she told me every day what time she expected to stop by and provided photos/videos/summaries every single day), and she was so incredibly respectful of my space and things (she left everything exactly as I had it and even asked if I have any house rules and if she should take off her shoes which I thought was so sweet of her). More than experience alone though, I think she truly has a gift with feline friends. My kitty took a liking to her right away, and he normally hides under the bed and doesn’t trust strangers. Not so with Elizabeth - he saw something good in her and bravely came mosying up to her from day 1, and by day 2 he was playing and making biscuits on her! Elizabeth is the kind of person who you can tell just has good cat energy/spirit, and animals can tell too. She even still visited my kitty during a 2-day snowstorm! She provides detailed updates and follows instructions exactly, and she takes initiative, flagging things that need attention and asking thoughtful questions as they come up. Thanks to her, I finally felt at peace leaving my cat behind while on vacation. That peace of mind meant a lot, because my cat is aggressive and generally doesn’t like interacting with people. Playing with him wasn’t even something I’d asked for. But Marina was so patient and understanding in the way she approached him, and eventually she won him over. This was our first cat sitting experience since one of our cats Jackson had a urinary blockage a couple years ago so there was naturally a bit more anxiety but Jacqueline put all of that to rest! The cats really liked her too! We will definitely be working with Jacqueline again."
