How do I report an incident for a potential insurance claim?
Email email@example.com or call/text us at 1-844-MEOWTEL for assistance. To be considered, the incident needs to be reported during the reservation or within 72 hours of the reservation's end date. If an incident qualifies for an insurance claim, there will be a $250 deductible per occurrence which is covered by the cat parent.
