Is there a deadline to report an incident for a potential insurance claim?
Yes - the sooner we are made aware of an issue, the better assistance we can provide! We require that any incident be reported during the reservation or within 72 hours of the reservation's end date.
Contacting us after this time period will result in very limited assistance. If you are prolonging an issue to attempt an insurance claim, your Meowtel account will be deactivated.
