What do I do if a sitter requests me to pay them outside of Meowtel?
Payments outside of Meowtel (e.g. cash, check, Venmo, etc.) violate our Terms of Service and we do not honor or provide insurance coverage for these reservations.
If we identify that a sitter-customer agreement was made outside of Meowtel, we may deactivate your account and the sitter's account, with or without notice.
Always report outside payment requests to us by sending an email to [email protected] or calling/texting 1-844-MEOWTEL.
