How do I maintain my sitter status?
These are the requirements:
- Log in AND update your Availability Calendar at least once every 60 days
- Respond to all requests within 12 hours
- Provide a reason to the client if you have to decline a request
- Maintain a sitter acceptance rate of 75% or higher
- Keep all customers on Meowtel (if we suspect you are moving our customers into cash or non-Meowtel transactions, you will be permanently deactivated)
