How do I cancel a reservation on a client?
Take the following steps:
Email [email protected] with the Reservation ID, the dates you can no longer sit for, and the reason for canceling
Search for 2 alternate sitters and give the client the link to the alternate sitters' profiles
On your Availability Calendar, block off the dates you can no longer sit for
Your sitter profile will systematically receive a 4-star review noting that you canceled a confirmed reservation
Note: When you cancel on a client, the client will always receive a full refund. Choosing to cancel a confirmed reservation due to distance or within 48-hours of the start date will result in a sitter warning being issued.
