Can I report an incident for an insurance claim as a sitter?
Yes. You can report an incident for a claim if a listed cat injures you or damages your property by calling us at 1-844-MEOWTEL.
To be considered, the incident needs to be reported during the reservation or within 72 hours of the reservation's completion. The reporting party, which is usually the cat parent but might be the sitter, is responsible for the $250 deductible* for any successful claim. For more information on our insurance, click here.
