What is covered by the insurance?
If all of the account requirements are met,
The following will be covered:
Injuries, illnesses, disappearances, or deaths to the listed cats that are caused by sitter negligence
Injuries to the sitter that are caused by the listed cats
Damages or theft to the property at the address listed on the reservation that are caused by sitter negligence in the case of drop-in visits/overnight stays
The following will not be covered:
Injuries, illnesses, disappearances, or deaths of cats that occur during the Meet & Greet or during a time where the cats are intentionally let outdoors, per a cat parent's instructions
Injuries, illnesses, or deaths of cats that result from pre-existing conditions and/or natural causes
Damages or theft to property at the address listed on the reservation that occur during the Meet & Greet or result from third parties other than the reserved Meowtel Cat sitters, animals other than the listed cats, or natural causes
Injuries to the sitter that are caused by anything other than listed cats

An incident that may be eligible for an insurance claim or our service guarantee must be reported during the reservation or within 72 hours of the reservation's completion.
