Meowtel's Harassement Policy

POLICY PROHIBITING DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
Meowtel, Inc. ("Meowtel") is committed to facilitating an environment on-site, in customer's homes, by or on behalf of Meowtel, that is free of discrimination and harassment. In keeping with this principle, Meowtel has enacted this Policy Prohibiting Discrimination & Harassment (this "Policy"). BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, ENGAGING IN A MEOWTEL RESERVATION ("RESERVATION"), OR OTHERWISE INDICATING YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT TO THIS POLICY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS POLICY. IN ORDER TO ENGAGE IN A RESERVATION, YOU MUST AGREE TO THIS POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION REQUEST.
Meowtel strictly prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind including, but not limited to, discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, citizenship, political activity or affiliation, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, sex or gender (which includes harassment and discrimination based on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, or related medical conditions), or any other characteristics protected under federal, state, or local laws.
Harassment may take many forms, but the most common forms include:
Verbal harassment - such as jokes, threats, epithets, slurs, negative stereotyping, and unwelcome remarks about an individual's body, gender, gender identity or expression, race, color, physical characteristics, or appearance, questions about a person's sexual practices, or gossiping about sexual relations;
Physical harassment - such as impeding or blocking movement, assault, unwelcome physical contact, leering at a person's body, and threatening, intimidating, or hostile acts that relate to a protected characteristic;
Visual harassment - such as weapons, offensive or obscene photographs, calendars, posters, cards, cartoons, e-mails, drawings, and gestures, display of sexually suggestive or lewd objects, unwelcome notes or letters, and any other written or graphic material that denigrates or shows hostility or aversion toward an individual, because of a protected characteristic, that is placed on walls, bulletin boards, or otherwise circulated.
Sexual harassment - such as any unwelcome sexual conduct, and includes harassment of a person by another regardless of the genders or gender identities or expressions of the persons involved.
Meowtel prohibits any and all conduct that may reasonably be interpreted as harassment or discrimination, whether or not such conduct is pervasive enough or severe enough to meet the technical legal requirements of harassment or discrimination.
You acknowledge and agree that Meowtel reserves the right at any time to disqualify you from engaging in, and promptly remove you from, any current or future Reservation if Meowtel finds that you have violated this Policy. If Meowtel disqualifies you from participating in, or removes you from a Reservation due to a breach of this Policy, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid relating to such Reservation.
FURTHER, YOU HEREBY UNCONDITIONALLY AND FOREVER RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS MEOWTEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM ALL CLAIMS, JUDGEMENTS, COSTS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES BASED ON YOUR BREACH OF THIS POLICY AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL DAMAGES YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST MEOWTEL FOR MEOWTEL'S TERMINATION OF YOUR ACCESS TO A RESERVATION DUE TO YOUR BREACH OF THIS POLICY.
