Hi, my name is Jess, and I absolutely adore cats. No offense to dogs, but I am definitely a cat person! I grew up with my first cat Charcol. I had him from when I was two years old until he passed away when I was 16. As you can imagine, this was very difficult, he was my family. Then when I was nineteen, I adopted my cat Meow Meow, who is a chubby orange guy. He is more like a son to me than a pet. I also volunteered at a shelter many years ago and would like to start doing that again to give back to the community. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
