Hello! My name is Scott and I live in the Bronx with my wife and our 2 muffins: Mo (M, 15) and Timmy (F, 1). Both are rescues and 2 of the most important parts of our lives. My wife rescued Mo when he was a baby; his mom had been a mouser at pizza joint near Van Cortlandt Park. When Javi, his brother from another mother passed in 2020 we were devastated. Timmy (whom we originally thought was a boy) came into our lives at the perfect time. We had been on the Beth Stern waiting list, and little Timmy was a solo kitten that she would not have had room for. We opened our home and our hearts...and she filled that empty space immediately. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
