I have always had a love for animals from a very young age. I have over 20 years of experience caring for animals large and small from horses to hamsters. · Animals are my passion and I must confess becoming attached to my clients' pets! After each new client, I always say my family has grown. It warms my heart to receive pictures from my clients when I'm not sitting. I believe they know how much I love their pets and naturally miss them. · When I was little, I wanted a kitten so bad I would search our neighborhood for one. Then one day, I heard a tiny cry and there was a baby kitten. I never knew if my parents had anything to do with it. There were large bushes near the path leading from the front yard to the back. The path curved around one of the large bushes. One of my parents could have easily placed the kitten where I would find it and been out of sight in a flash. It was a dream come true! · When I start working with a new client, I say my family has grown. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
