Growing up with a fierce and adventurous family calico (Boots), I have long been an admirer of our feline friends and believe that sharing one’s life with a cat is an honor. When Boots had to be put to rest due to cancer, I adopted a black cat named Ally, who could not have been more different. Where Boots would go outside first thing in the morning, spend her days hunting neighborhood birds, rabbits, etc, somehow finding her own way inside at night, Ally hides inside as soon as the door opens and runs away from flies. Where Boots was stealthy and graceful, Ally is loud and clumsy. Boots was an independent woman, where Ally wont eat from her bowl unless someone stands next to her to keep her company the whole time. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
