My kitty Phoenix is extremely anxious around strangers and Kayleigh experienced the effects of his anxiety on a variety of levels. She handled every challenge with poise and grace. Kayleigh went above and beyond every day of our 7 day reservation by providing incredibly detailed updates, sharing insights about possibilities for the reasons behind some of Phoenix’s behaviors, and implementing creative strategies for helping Phoenix to cope with his anxiety. None of the strategies were consistently effective unfortunately, but it was through no fault of Kayleigh’s. She even left us a very sweet note and a new toy for Phoenix to try (he is still warming up to it, lol!). My fiancé and I are extremely happy with Kayleigh’s services and would definitely hire her again. I highly recommend her to anyone- she takes her job very seriously and will give your kitty top notch care while you are away!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
