Hi there! My name is ilene and I have had pets all my life. I currently have 2 senior dogs and 3 cats. I just adopted Mango after fostering 5 kittens for Homeward Trails Animal Rescue. Mango stole my heart....he is so friendly and loving! So, he is a “foster fail.” My other cats include my oldest, Kahlua, who an 11-year-old Siamese. Then there is Noodles, a black cat who is 7 years old and super friendly. I have been a dog walker and cat sitter on and off for years. My neighbor has her own pet sitting company and I have filled in for her when she was unable to sit for a client. Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and
receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers
will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their
planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the
start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within
24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their
planned earnings.
