Hey Folx, Goblynx J. here! Always been a giant lover of cats (had my first cat at 6, pure black little guy Named Booger) and am always wanting to help both them and my community! I recently got accepted as a volunteer with one of the foster homes in town, but given my current living situation I'm not allowed to have any cats, so the shelter recommended I download this app and help out more on an individual base! My current schedule is pretty clear, I only have classes Mon, Tues, and Fri morning (all ending at 1 the latest) so I have a fare bit of free time on my hands currently. I will update this and my schedule when and if anything changes, but don't worry as I'll always have time to help with your babies! I'm also sober, and have been in recovery for about 5 months now! I've been working towards my goals of becoming a graphic designer and video editor for a bit now and need some more things to get me out of the house and inspired! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
