What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

My friends trusted me with all of their pets. I understood the anxiety that comes with leaving on vacation or ect. I was the one that was dependable and went the extra mile to make sure I communicated that everything was ok. I did have certain friends that asked me to stay overnight and pay attention to their needs. I never felt that this request was to much. Pets are an important aspect of people’s lives, in fact, I respected my friends more because of their care for their pets. My grandparents owned a farm in Tigard Oregon, from an early age I was taught that respect and care for animals was a way of life. Feeding and caring for horses, goats, cats, dogs during my summers was very helpful in grooming me for a lifetime of animal compassion.

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

The cat!!! Cats are incredible. I love all animals but since I was a kid, cats have always facinated me. I truly enjoy thier personalities. Most of all, I understand the anxiety and worry pet owners face when having to leave their pets. This is a big responsibility and I feel I can help relieve some of that worry.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

My last kitty is in heaven now. Her name was Little Richard Pryor. Also my past includes. Charlie, Gus , Dave, whitey, chow, cat, amber, Toby, choo choo, Craig, meja, Shira, and many more.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
