She kept us updated with lots of photos, a video from every visit, and even pictures of other things around the house that we had asked her to check on. Those updates gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. When we returned home, the house was spotless, and our cats were happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
