The Meowtel Guarantee helps support cat parents if something unexpected happens during a qualifying reservation booked and paid through Meowtel.

How the Claims Process Works

If something unexpected happens

  • If approved, reimbursement may be issued for eligible costs

Our goal is to make the process clear, responsive, and supportive during stressful situations.

In order to be eligible, injuries or damages must result from care provided during a service booked and paid through Meowtel
Theft, injuries to Cat Sitters, and injuries to or loss of outdoor cats are not covered
In general, the Guarantee may reimburse costs in the event the Cat Sitter is unwilling or unable to pay
