Hi! I’m Lexie and I’ve been a cat owner my entire life! I have experience cat sitting and have previously worked as a veterinary technician specializing in cats. I had to stop due to scheduling conflicts while I complete my undergraduate degree in biology and veterinary science. However, I love all things cats and take any opportunity I can get to spend time with cats! Whether that be pet sitting, at work, family pets, or my own kitties. I truly enjoy being around cats and working to make them as comfortable and happy as possible! Lexie was awesome! I've got two cats, and one of them requires oral medication and can be difficult to give it to sometimes. Lexie did a great job and was able to give her medication every day. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
