If I could give 10 stars, I would! My cat family all loved Jason and he went above and beyond in every way over the Christmas holiday. I'm a nervous cat mom, this was a long trip, and I have a slightly complicated pride (5 cats that have to exist in three separate zones, with some challenging personalities, one very old and frail, etc). Jason just managed everything with ease, sent wonderful videos of each kitty, each day, plus detailed reports. And one day we had an electrical issue at the house and Jason capably was reset what was needed to get things working again. As a wonderful bonus, everything was cleaner than when we left! So grateful that I could relax and enjoy my trip knowing my sweet kitties were in the best hands.

100/10 experience with Jason. We were a bit nervous because we’ve never used a sitter service before, but he immediately put us at ease asking thoughtful questions and taking notes on how to best care for our girl. Jason took wonderful care of our four cats while we were away on a 12-day family vacation. He cared for them for ten of those days, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was our first time using an in-home pet sitter, and Jason completely exceeded our expectations. He sent regular videos and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cats were happy, safe, and well cared for. He also brought in our mail and returned our house key promptly after we got home, making everything easy from start to finish. Coming home to relaxed, content cats instead of pets stressed from boarding was the best feeling. We honestly feel spoiled now and don't think we'll ever go back to any other way of caring for our cats while we're away. Jason is reliable, communicative, and genuinely cares about the animals he looks after. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter and will definitely be booking him again for our next trip!

Jason was absolutely amazing with my Caf, Sooni. He was incredibly patient, attentive, and communicative the entire time we were away. He sent detailed updates, monitored her closely when she wasn’t feeling well, and genuinely cared about her comfort and wellbeing. Sooni can be very sensitive to changes and stress, but she became so comfortable with him and even followed him around the house 😭 We came home to a happy, relaxed cat and felt so grateful knowing she was in such caring hands. Jason was absolutely wonderful. He took care of my grandma’s cat when she went into hospice. It was truly a crazy time, and he rolled with it and took great care of Misty. He knew she was lonely, and he took such good care of her. I don't know what we would have done without him.

Jason is truly a gem! best care taker for our cats that we’ve ever had. We were traveling for about a month over the holidays and he really went above and beyond to give us regular updates, and reassurance that our cats were happy and thriving. he’s a great a commence to and genuinely kind person. our eldest cat has trouble maintaining weight and Jason even got her to put on almost a half pound which was also just incredible. we came back to a sparkling clean home and two very happy kitties, and couldn’t be more grateful.

Jason was a perfect fit for my cat and will be my first choice any time I need a sitter. She trusted him instantly which is important because she needs to be handled twice daily for asthma meds, and this was her first time having someone who wasn’t family look after her. Jason is a wonderful caregiver who also has a lot of previous experience with complex care which gave me peace of mind to focus on an important family trip. He provided updates so I could see her and logged info that would be helpful to reference if there was any change in her health. Jason is the kind of person who leaves things better than he found them and I highly recommend him.

I'm starting to think that my cats really would like me to go out of town more often so they can have more time with their "Uncle Jason"! he always goes above and beyond, gets even the shy ones to come out and the cranky ones to accept pets. I've got an unruly pride of cats and he handles everything easily, including an unwanted invasion of ants this last trip! I never have to worry about a thing when I book Jason!

Jason was FANTASTIC! He helped take care of our 4 kitties while we were away on travel. Jason was so thorough and attentive with all of their needs.
