I have booked Shaun before but this reservation, their litterbox and water was not even checked on once. Litter was completely saturated in pee and they went outside the box unable to use it. water fountain had no water for it to flow

Shaun helped step in when we had to ask a previous sitter to leave in the middle of our travels. We had never booked Shaun before and it is always difficult to vett someone new, but he requested a call to discuss the situation and asked a lot of great questions to ensure that he was going to be the right person to help out. His attention to detail helped us feel comfortable handing over our cats and home remotely. Shaun followed our instructions and gave daily updates, and even helped to clean up some puke caused by the previous sitter not following our guidance. He stayed and made sure our younger cat was not stealing all the food from our senior renal cat so that these kinds of issues could be avoided. He only covered for a few days but sent plenty of daily updates so we could rest assured and enjoy the remainder of our vacation.

Shaun was such a dream while I was away. He provided regular (and hilarious!) updates and sent the cutest photos of my cats silly antics. I’m a nervous traveler especially after one of my cats had a major health scare earlier this year, and I felt very reassured by Shaun’s care. You can tell he really loves cats. He was even so kind to spend extra time with them so they were able to stick closer to their usual routine which is reliant on my work from home schedule.

Shaun has watched my medically complicated cat multiple times over the past year. My grumpy old boy likes him well enough, and I very much appreciate Shaun's attention to detail with his medications and monitoring. My most recent trip was after a cat health scare, but Shaun's updates gave me all the information I needed to know kitty was doing fine.

Shaun was amazingly patient and attentive with my shy/spicy cat while my partner and I were traveling for the holidays. He gave her plenty of space while making sure she was eating and comfortable while we were away. He even helped deal with our perennial ant problem during the heavy rains. I would definitely recommend him for cats of any temperament — he keeps thorough notes on their needs and routines and provides great care and peace of mind no matter how willing your cat may or may not be to interact with him. I recently adopted my cat and hadn’t yet left her alone. Shaun understood she was a shy gal and did a great job caring for her on her own terms. She started my time away by hiding under the bed and ended it by allowing pets and belly rubs. Shaun is highly communicative, sending great photos and little updates, and is very knowledgeable about cats. I appreciate his great care of her and would hire him again!

Shaun was amazing with our kitties! This was our first experience with a cat sitter outside our friend circle, and it exceeded our expectations. Shaun visited us ahead of time to pick up the keys and get familiar with the cats' routines and needs. His updates during our honeymoon were fantastic, with lots of beautiful pictures and entertaining narrations of each visit - we looked forward to these every day! Even our shy kitty warmed up to Shaun quickly and made sure to perform some croissants on the floor for him. It was such a peace of mind to know that we had someone coming every day who genuinely loves cats and was able to give them all the love, cuddles, and treats when we couldn't. Our kitties were much happier and more relaxed when we came back compared to other trips. Needless to say, we already have Shaun booked for our next trip!

My cat, Abu, has simply avoided previous sitters, but he took to Shaun immediately. Instead of dashing out the cat door, he would hang out with Shaun and allow petting and chatting. Shaun also was completely responsible in feeding Abu and taking care of the mail.

Shaun did an exceptional job caring for my senior cat Chupa. She recently had a decline in health and required multiple medications and special attention to food and litter box care. Shaun's attention to detail, affectionate snuggles and timely/comprehensive communication left us feeling at complete ease. He even made sure to close windows in our home to make sure we were safe and secure. I highly recommend booking him!
