What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?

I've been cat sitting for clients for about 15 years. I have experience cat-sitting for multiple clients, caring for cats of all ages and personalities. I follow their routines closely, handle feeding, special diets, medications, litter boxes, and provide gentle interaction at each cat’s pace. I send daily updates and photos so owners always know how their cat is doing. With over 20 years as an RVT working with cats and all other animals, I also specialize in nutrition and can monitor health, behavior, and appetite while keeping each cat calm, safe, and comfortable until their owner returns.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

I do have 4 cats myself. Alien is my oldest at 12 years old. He's a beautiful black and white short hair that I rescued from a Buddhist temple. Alien is currently on medication for his hyperthyroidism, he receives a pill twice a day. Seraph is my gorgeous 6 year old black cat I rescued from a car engine. Flan is my 3 year old flame point snow shoe that was adopted from the shelter. Percy is my newest 9 week old boy I found outside. Everyone is neutered, spayed and up to date on all of their vaccines. They are all on flea and tick control, indoor only and get exams every year, except Alien that goes in every 6 months as he's my senior boy. Everyone is happy, healthy and do well with other animals and children. They all have their microchips and are playful, social and friendly.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

When I work with a new cat parent, I start by getting a feel for who your cat is. I like to talk with you about their routine, their personality, what they like and don’t like, and anything that helps them feel comfortable. I make sure I understand their diet, any medical needs, and the little habits that matter in daily care. After we talk, I set up a meet and greet in your home. This lets me see your cat in their own space and go over the details in person. I want to make sure I know exactly how things are done in your household so I can keep everything consistent.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
