"Kristen was amazing! We have two wonderful cats who are very accustomed to their routines and it can be challenging having someone outside their situation step in and help care for them, but they took to Kristen right away. We even had an issue crop up with one of our cats' eyes requiring medical attention, and Kristen was super supportive and communicated openly about everything she observed while there with the cats. We look forward to working with her again for future sitting needs! Highly recommend!!"

She arranged our meet-and-greet right away, which I really appreciated and immediately gave me confidence that my cats would be in great hands. During every drop-in visit, she sent thoughtful updates along with plenty of photos, which made being away from my cats so much easier. She is dependable and always showed up exactly as promised, giving me complete peace of mind while I was away. It’s obvious that Rose genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. She spends time playing with my cats, and they absolutely loved the laser mouse pointer she brought—it quickly became one of their favorite toys!
