Sheila was an excellent cat sitter for the Thanksgiving holiday (six days away), providing professional and loving care that allowed for a stress-free trip. Sheila was communicative, sending frequent updates with photos and videos, and went above and beyond by cleaning up after my kids and ensuring the cats were happy and comfortable. I would highly recommend Sheila and plan to use services again.

Sheila was lovely. She took such good care of my 2 boy cats! Even looked out for my shy boy who hid for 2 weeks! They were in great spirits when I got home.Charlie really liked Sheila and enjoyed lots of spoils.He was brushed ,had treats and fun Thanks for all the pics and updates everyday! 😊

No notes! Sheila was of amazing help while we were out, and took fantastic care of our 3 cats, not to mention dodging through all of our cat deterrents on a daily basis without complaint. Sheila went above and beyond, taking regular update pictures, playing with them, and even vacuuming some of their mess (very much appreciated and not expected). We have some more trips coming up and most certainly plan on hiring her again.

Cancellation Policy
Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
