Carolyn always goes Above & Beyond. I had an ant 🐜 invasion so we had to limit the amount of food we put in the feeder to avoid wasting. She monitored the ant situation and made sure our kitty 🐈‍⬛ had enough food. Carolyn is always so caring. She takes time to get to know her pets and makes an effort to make them feel loved 🥰 while us owners are away. Her pictures and updates are always thorough and keep us connected. Carolyn eagerly accepted taking on my 3 cat household. she is super sweet and gentle with the cats. I had one cat that required special food and another that was a kitten. She made sure the cat with dietary needs had everything he required and spent a lot of time playing with the kitten. of which I’m sure really appreciate the play time! Carolyn also went above and beyond and swept the house and brought the mail is. I received photos and updates daily from her and she was really quick to message me and reply to my questions.

Carolyn did a wonderful job caring for my cats! she would send daily updates and pictures of what she did and what small accidents she might have needed to clean up. Very thorough!

this is my second time using Carolyn and she is the sweetest with the cats. I have an older cat that actually wasn't hiding from her this time as she has such a quiet demeanor with the cats. She spent a lot of time playing with my kitten which i'm sure he appreciated. I appreciate so much all her attention to detail when I am away. thank you!

She took good care of my kitties, even played with them. Did some extra stuff that she didnt have to do ie vacuum around the litter box. She's a nice person overall, my kitties warmed up to her pretty fast, i would ask her to take care of my kitties again next holiday 😊

She understands the unique personality of our cat and is willing to go above and beyond to engage with her and assure that she is as happy and healthy as possible while we are away from home. I enjoy working with her and our cat, who is VERY finicky really likes Carolyn.
