I have old kitty with kidney disease. Jim took fantastic care with her. He sent short text each visit with an update of how my kitty was doing. It was nice to not have to worry about her while I was gone. I highly recommend his care.

My cat was pretty stubborn about staying out in his catio rather than coming inside for play or cuddles, but regardless, Jim made sure that all his needs were taken care of and that he got attention and treats even while in the catio.
