Sonya is an amazing cat sitter. Very caring and a genuine pet lover. One of our cats went on meds a couple of days before we traveled and she took such good care of him. She gave him his meds and sent us pics almost every day. When we got back he was doing really well. I highly recommend Sonya.

Sonya took amazing care of our precious Pearl while we were out of town! We were very nervous to be away from Pearl for a few days now that we're with her 24/7 thanks to quarantine, but Sonya alleviated all our nerves. She spent so much time with Pearl, playing with her, brushing her, giving her treats, and making sure she was happy during our trip. Sonya also sent us so many helpful updates - informative texts, cute photos, fun videos - so we were constantly reassured that Pearl was having a good time in our absence. Sonya did a wonderful job taking care of my two kitties, Ollieberto and Smudge. She was very flexible and met us at 7 p.m. a few nights before our trip. We felt very comfortable meeting her and she took a great interest in the cats well being and schedule. I've never left my cats alone for more than a day or two on their own - so imagine my concern leaving them for a week! Enter Sonya. Sonya was terrific, and put my mind at ease from the start. It was great to have updates as to what she would find (were they cat eating or not, found a hairball here or a little vomit there, etc) so I could respond if there were any concerns. Would also get a pic or a video of playtime. I would book Sonya again without question.

Sonya is the BEST! She always kept me up to date with photos and videos on how my cats were doing. She's great with special needs cats. My cat, Pancho, had diabetes and needs two insulin injections a day. It's important to keep them calm while administering their meds because stress makes they're glucose levels rise. Sonya handled it with perfectly. Pancho never felt a thing and was a happy cat. In fact, I think my cats started to like Sonya more than me! :) I will be happy to have Meowtel look after my fur babies any time I travel. I'm about to make my next reservation now.

was doing research online about "Cat Sitting" when I came across "Meowtel". I immediately liked the website....it is clear, and easy to use, and obviously a "Cat Specialty" . And most importantly, I found Sonya, who is a TRUE cat-loving person. I set up a time for Sony to come meet my cat; she is very punctual, which I love, and showed up right on time. Miss Audrey, my cat, got used to Sonya almost instantly. I normally do timed feedings for Audrey, not "free feeding".... Sonya followed my program perfectly, which helped not break the rhythm. I also really liked the videos and texts that Sonya sent each time she was with Audrey....we were skiing in Utah with my husband's family, and it really put my mind at ease and let me enjoy the Holiday.... I knew I had NO worries for the well being of my cat. I give both Sonya and her site "meowtel" my highest recommendation.....they exceeded all my expectations, and did away with all my worries..... Sonya helped ease my nerves about leaving my babies for the holidays. She sent me pictures and videos of my kitties and texted me every time she visited to let me know they were ok. My social cat took to her immediately and Sonya played with them (even tried to coax my shy cat out from under the bed). Amazing experience.

Five stars doesn't do this kitty caretaker justice! I can not thank Sonya enough for taking such great care of my FOUR furbabies. For the first time ever I could go somewhere and still worry about my angels... but KNOW they are cared for so I was able to relax and enjoy a vacation!I never had to wonder about them being fed or having water. Sonya sent pictures of my babies on her visits so I could still see their cute evil faces while I was gone. She graciously cleaned up their horrible poo poo messes they left. They were pretty gross. Sonya is the best kitty sitter I've ever had! She was great with my 3 cats and my 3 foster kittens. She even got my very stubborn cat to take his pill twice a day! I've already booked her for the upcoming holidays. Definitely highly recommend her!

Where to start??? Sonya was incredible! We were lucky to have her care for our two little ones while we were away for a week. Both the communication and pictures she shared with us were better than we could have hoped, and she was a real pleasure to get to know and chat with throughout the process. We were gone for eight days and it is the longest I have ever left my babies. One of our cats is more afraid and not as outgoing as the other but Sonya found a way to get her to come out from under the bed and eat. By the end of the trip she was playing with Sonya and wanting to be petted. If you are considering this service I not only highly recommend you do but also highly recommend Sonya. She treats your pets like her own and puts all your fears aside. She truly is a blessing for my cats and for me!

Sonya is the best fur baby sitter we could have ever asked for! She went over and beyond to make sure our babies were taken care of. Sonya was great! My cats took to her right away - (even my persnickety one). She spent a lot of time with them every day she was there and sent many pictures. When I returned, the litterboxes were spotless and the food bowl all still partly full. Sonya is very pleasant and I could tell really loves animals -- just the type of person you want tending to your cats!
