Arianna did a truly fantastic job caring for our cat, Shadow, while we were away. From the very beginning, her communication was clear, honest, and reassuring. She kept us updated daily with thoughtful messages and sweet pictures that really put our minds at ease. Shadow can be quite shy, but Arianna was incredibly patient and gentle with her. She respected Shadow’s space, took the time to understand her preferences, and adjusted her approach based on what Shadow responded to best—like switching from dried treats to catnip when she noticed Shadow didn’t enjoy them. She also got creative and set up fun little catnip “attractions” like a tunnel and a box to help Shadow feel more comfortable. Even when there was a small scheduling hiccup early on, Arianna took full responsibility, stayed longer to make up for it, and made sure Shadow was well taken care of. She followed all of our instructions carefully, asked thoughtful questions before making changes (like offering more dry food when Shadow wasn't eating her wet food), and always kept us in the loop. By the end of the visit, Shadow had let Arianna brush her, rubbed her belly, and even purred in her company—high praise from our very selective cat! It’s clear Arianna genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and it’s no surprise that Shadow warmed up to her so well. We would absolutely book Arianna again. She went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention she gave our fur baby!

Ari was spectacular and so attentive with our furless babies! Zuko and Katara warmed up to her so quick and made our two week trip stress free! She has great communication and went above and beyond in every aspect we could have imagined. We really appreciate you Ari and we will definitely be booking again for future trips!😸

I saw grateful that Arianna took care of my cat for two weeks when I was out of town.
