We have two wonderful cats who are very accustomed to their routines and it can be challenging having someone outside their situation step in and help care for them, but they took to Kristen right away. We even had an issue crop up with one of our cats' eyes requiring medical attention, and Kristen was super supportive and communicated openly about everything she observed while there with the cats. We look forward to working with her again for future sitting needs! Highly recommend!!"
