She is fantastic! took the time to do a preview meeting and was very attentive and patient during all my instructions. My cats warmed up to her right away. She kept me informed during an unforeseen time away from home.

She’s attentive to their needs and takes care of all the essentials (food, litter, water). She communicates often and send lots of good pictures of the cats. And most importantly, she’s good at getting our cats to warm up to her and plays with them all the rest of each booking. can’t recommend Heather enough!
