I’m beyond greatful I found Steph on here. We wouldn’t have been able to go on our family vacation if it wasn’t for her help. I have 4 long haired Persian & Himalayans so they are a bit of high maintenance though super sweet. Steph went above and beyond she made time to brush them and clean little Pearl’s eyes. We are so entirely grateful to have found Stephanie! I can't say enough about how awesome she is; so thoughtful and caring towards our two rescue kitties. Even though one of our cats was "shy" and mainly hid under the bed, Steph was patient and made sure he was fed and looked after. She was even able to find a solution to give him his medicine! I know my kitties felt safe with her and looked forward to the visits each day and we enjoyed seeing the photos Steph sent us during each visit, they made us laugh :). Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
