I've known Justin since we were both in intermediate school, and he has always been very considerate and caring about everything around him. Once, while my family was away for a few days, he came by and took care of my cat Chloe. She loooooved him so much and they got on like wildfire. Never heard about any issues with feeding or behavior during that time, and additionally he's never once been rude to me or anyone else I've seen him interact with. Unfortunately he's no longer in my area, but he's awesome and I wish I could have someone trustworthy like that back to check in on my critters when I need it!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
