I have absolutely no words to describe how amazing Taylor was to our four babies. The updates, the love she gave them, the pictures and videos, every single part made our trip so much better because we knew our babies were safe and being loved on so much. I cannot recommend her enough!!

Taylor is incredible. I am very particular with my two cats--one of whom is a little feral darling. Taylor was conscientious about establishing a schedule with my cats, played and interacted with them, and sent photos and updates. I will absolutely use her as a sitter again.

Taylor was a great cat sitter! Our cat Vicky is very shy, but Taylor made her feel comfortable and loved. Taylor is very communicative and sent thorough updates about our baby. We were able to relax on our vacation knowing Vicky was well taken care of. When we returned, Vicky seemed very calm and content. :)

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
