I have experience in working with cats of all ages, from the tiniest of babies to well-aged seniors. I am comfortable with caring for special needs cats, and have personal experience in owning and caring for blind, physically disabled, and diabetic cats... Having owned cats all my life, these little guys have become my life passion. I have been working in cat rescue and medical care since 2020, with the goal to one day open my own sanctuary specializing in feline care.
I have experience in working with cats of all ages, from the tiniest of babies to well-aged seniors. I am comfortable with caring for special needs cats, and have personal experience in owning and caring for blind, physically disabled, and diabetic cats. I am able to administer medications, subq fluids, and injections of any kind.
Typical cat sitting visits for me all depend on the personality of the cat. I can come prepped with treats and toys galore if your kitty likes to party, but if your kitty is more of the quiet type, we can just relax and enjoy the peaceful company too. Spicy personalities are also welcome- we don't have to be best friends for me to love and care for them!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I've been cat sitting since 2021. I have done home visits, home stays, as well as hosted some kitties in my own home. I have worked with cats of all ages, and various medical conditions as well. I am comfortable in both single and multi-cat households- the largest number I've catsit for being a home of 12! No amount of kitties is too many or too little!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Meeting all the different cats out there! That may seem like a pretty typical answer, but the multitudes of personalities and behaviors I've seen in each and every cat I've met is truly astonishing. Seeing the bond each cat shares with their person, as well as how they accept my company, is a world of fun.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have 6 kitties of my own! Their names are Soot Sprite, Lilith, Grim, Forest, Aye-Aye, and Latte. They're a silly little clowder, each one having been rescued either through being found on the street, or foster failing. I also foster, so there's always a few more guests in the mix!
Are you usually available during holidays?
Absolutely, any and all holidays are on the table! Should I be away for the holidays, my sitting schedule will always be updated to reflect that well in advance.
What is your favorite cat toy?
The old faithful, the cat teaser toy! This classic has always been the perfect way to interact with kitties of all types, from boisterous and playful to shy and quiet. I've got a special teaser wand that lets me switch out the attachments, allowing for endless different play sessions to match your kitty's mood!

Felix was absolutely amazing and I could not recommend them enough. Felix went above and beyond for my cats and made sure to take additional time to ensure they were all cared for. Felix made my cats feel comfortable and safe, and even worked on building a bond with the shy ones. This trip was the longest I’ve been away from my cats and Felix made sure to put my worries at ease with many updates, photos, and videos. I cannot recommend Felix enough and will definitely book with Felix again!

i was totally nervous going into this because i knew i wouldnt have contact due to being on a cruise in the middle of the sea for a full week. but everything went super well and still got sent updates with pictures and videos everyday. definitely recommend, will use meowtel and have Felix watch my cat again.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Niceville cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $23.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.

Felix worked for me doing a high stress job in a cat rescue/shelter and always made sure that everyone received the highest level of care. Very experienced with the many different moods and temperaments of cats and at administering medications to them. Also took care of my personal dogs, cats while I was on vacation. Very dedicated to taking wonderful care of our furry friends.
