He sent incredibly detailed updates and multiple photos/videos every single day, which gave me total peace of mind. One of my cats, Taco, is notoriously shy and timid around new people. Not only did Ryan manage to win him over and bring him out of his shell, but when a last-minute medical need popped up, requiring Taco to take an oral steroid, Ryan adapted to the change instantly and without hesitation. Handling a nervous cat who needs medication is no small feat, but Ryan handled it like an absolute professional. I am grateful for the stellar care he provided."

"We usually board our kitties when we travel but decided to give Meowtel a try. Obviously I was nervous about having someone else care for our kitties but after meeting Allison during the Meet & Greet we knew we had made the right decision. She asked all the right questions and even brought up things I hadn't thought of. While we were gone, we got updates after each visit, including photos and videos. Plus the kitties got plenty of playtime with her laser pointer! Forget boarding. From now on we're booking Allison when we travel."
