Over the years Iāve cared for single-cat homes, multi-cat households, shy rescues, former ferals, and senior cats with medical needs... Hi! Iām a lifelong cat lover with over 30 years of hands-on experience caring for cats of every age, personality, and need level. Cats have always been part of my life ā from playful kittens to senior cats needing extra patience and medications ā and they truly are my favorite people. š
Over the years Iāve cared for single-cat homes, multi-cat households, shy rescues, former ferals, and senior cats with medical needs. Iām comfortable administering medications, handling special feeding routines, cleaning all types of litter boxes, and recognizing when a cat may be stressed or not feeling well.
I understand that every cat is different. Some want playtime and attention, while others prefer quiet companionship and space. I always let cats warm up at their own pace and work hard to make them feel safe, calm, and comfortable while their family is away.
Iām dependable, detail-oriented, and communicative, and I know how important peace of mind is when someone else is caring for your pets and home. I provide thoughtful updates, photos, and loving care so you can travel knowing your cats are in good hands.

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have personally have had cats all my life and have been cat sitting since high school. I am now 50 years old. So a long, long time.
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love meeting new cats and seeing their personalities bloom. My favorite is when the family tells me the cat will never come out and Iām able to send them pictures. But I even enjoy cranky cats. All of their fabulous personalities are fascinating
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I currently have a senior cat named Bailey. She was a rescue. She lives with her two cousin Chihuahuas whom she tolerates quite elegantly š®āšØ

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
