What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
I love cats, almost unhealthily according to some of my friends. Meeting new adorable faces makes me feel fulfilled beyond words. Getting to know them, learning their personalities and behaviours, and establishing relationships with the cats matters more than anything to me, I believe the cat currently on my lap can attest to that.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
I have three babies and they are old grumpy menaces. I have two boys, both eleven, that are from the local animal shelter, and one girl, nine, who was a kitten left with no home so I gave her one. Midnight is black with short hair and an attitude, Nemo is orange and fluffy beyond belief with all the typical orange-cat features programmed into him. Felix is gray striped and a sadist. I am dead serious, the amount of live animals she catches just to bat around inside the house is diabolical.
What is your favorite cat toy?
My favorite cat toy is not actually a cat toy. I take an empty cardboard box and stick some catnip to a piece of tape and stick it to the inside. The cats love it, they get to tear up a box, which sharpens their claws, and get a hint of catnip rather than a pile of it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
