Michael exceeded my expectations. She made it a priority to meet the needs of both my cats. Bijou demands play and cuddles which she gave him at each visit. Sophie is timid and slow to warm. She took the time to sit quietly with Sophie and earn her trust. Her care, photos and daily updates allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing our cats needs were met.

Michael is wonderful! Our two senior kitties normally take meds at 9am and 9pm, and even though I told her she could be flexible about times, her visits were timed perfectly with their normal schedule. She gave them lots of playtime, brushing, and cuddles in addition to the essential stuff. When we returned home, I swear they were disappointed that it was just us, their boring regular humsns. It’s such a relief knowing we can go out of town without worrying about them.

This was my first experience with anything like Meowtel, and Michael eased any apprehension I had about leaving my 3 kitties by themselves. I got so many pictures of my babies, and each update felt personal and thoughtful. Michael also truly went above and beyond for us while we were gone for 4 days by bringing in our mail, adjusting our thermostat, and hauling up our trash cans that were at the curb.
