"Heather was absolutely amazing and made this a wonderful, stress free experience! ❤️ We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for Mochi and Mischa!! 😻😻 She arranged a meet and greet a few weeks in advance, and we could already tell we had picked the best person for the job. She was super friendly and eager to learn, asking questions about how we cared for our long-haired cats and wanting to know where everything was in the house, so she wouldn’t have any issues when it came time for our trip. We arranged for her to come once a day for 7 days. I didn’t have a specified time for her to arrive, but she was incredibly prompt arriving in the morning on a daily basis- sometimes arriving earlier than other days. Our cats are so used to us but they took a strong liking to her after they realized she was there to feed and care for them, not to mention also giving them lots of attention & affection!!❤️ ❤️ Heather was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. She sent thoughtful daily updates with lots and lots of pictures, most in real time, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. ❤️ Mochi and Mischa are long haired cats (Ragdoll and dollfaced Persian).- so the care instructions were a little more detailed than for most other cats. I had quite a long list of tasks and concerns, and she followed everything perfectly and tended to everything, and then some! She followed all of my detailed feeding instructions as if I had prepared their food myself, cleaned Mischa’s eyes daily and brushed their long hair extremely well. I came home to 2 long haired cats with no mats which is quite impressive!! We also asked her to check the temperature in our home because we were worried about our A/C having issues. She even brought in an Amazon package that didn’t arrive in time before my trip and even watered our plant! She was incredibly attentive, reliable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our cats were happy, comfortable, and well cared for. It was obvious she genuinely cared for them and treated them like they were her own. When we got home, everything looked wonderful. She even cleaned the floors (which I was not expecting) so no cat hair dust bunnies were floating around as I anticipated. I didn’t even notice any litter tracking which is unusual with our cats and the type of litter we use . This was our first time hiring a cat sitter so we did not know what to expect. It’s so incredibly difficult for us to just trust anyone to watch our cats for a week in our home, but with Heather we did not have to worry one bit and was able to enjoy our vacation as stress free as possible!❤️ We are so grateful for all of the extra care and thoughtfulness Heather put into every visit!!😻😻 While our cats were naturally anxious to see us return, it was very clear they had been loved and well cared for while we were away!❤️❤️ I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, dependable sitter, and we would absolutely trust her to care for Mochi and Mischa again in the future!!! 😊 😻 🐾 🐾 😻 🐾 🐾"
