I'm usually available for drop-ins and short visits during holidays. I can try to accommodate specific drop-in times but may need some flexibility.

What is your favorite cat toy?

I really like using a ribbon wand to help cats burn off energy and engage their prey drive. Also, it's hilarious watching the butt wiggle/pounce combo.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

With timid or anxious cats, I let them get used to me by just sharing their space from a respectful distance and singing to them quietly. Once the cat understands I'm not a threat, I offer a treat and follow their lead about interaction. If they welcome pets or being held, I proceed with touch. If they aren't welcoming to touch, I continue to inhabit their space so they don't feel alone. When the cat leaves a hiding space or starts to exhibit desired behaviors, I reward it with praise and treats.

Jennifer is amazing! I have four cats and have booked with her twice. Both times, she was able to get my cats to warm up to her, interacted with all four, and went above and beyond to show them love outside of just feeding them, etc. I highly recommend her!

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
