He is a clear cat whisperer who knew just how to relate to our kitties, and took exceptional care of their wellbeing while we were away. He was thorough during our meet and greet, making sure he knew all their needs/preferences, but also emergency info and requested the cats’ carrier be near the door in case of emergency. We had such peace of mind knowing thwy had him looking after them. And we returned to find them as well as we ever have (they are usually upset after we’ve been away). Sophie acted immediately, contacted us right away, and quite honestly, her quick response may have saved his life. We rushed home as soon as we heard, but throughout the entire ordeal, Sophie kept in constant communication with us, checked on our baby and even went to visit him in the ER. Her kindness, compassion and dedication to the kitties in her care went above and beyond anything we could have expected from a pet sitter. She cared for Mingus like he was her own. Emergencies happen and we are endlessly grateful that Sophie was there when Mingus needed someone most.
