I have had cats for most of my life, and I currently have three at home. All are foster fails. I want to give my love to your cat too! I give conscientious, attentive cat care. I love interacting with cats and "speaking cat " with them. Ask me anything about play, litterboxes, the best toys and towers and how to keep your cat happy! I'll always get down on the floor with them! I love to warm up a shy cat. I know when to approach and when to just exist in the home until the kitty gets used to me. At the same time, I enjoy the warmth and company of cuddly lapcats that want to jump right up on my lap - who doesn't?! My favorite thing is to get to know your cat or cats through several visits and to start to see them treat me like a member of the family. Jennifer was super responsive to my last minute schedule for catsitting my orange male who got sick right before I went to my trip. I needed her twice a day for medication administration. She did a great job, very responsible, detailed, communicative. I felt i could rely on her and not worry. She really likes to take good care of cats not because it's her job but because she loves them. She sends detailed updates and is very flexible. I will definitely book her again :) thanks!

Jennifer was an amazing caretaker for our two kitties! We received regular updates every day (with lots of pictures), our cats liked her immediately when she stopped by for the initial visit, she performed every task we requested (including reprogramming our automatic feeder), and went above and beyond collecting packages, watering plants, and paying attention to our cat's health when she suspected a UTI (even offering to come back outside of our reservation time to check on him). We would *highly* recommend her!!

Jennifer was a godsend! My regular sitter fell through last minute and for the first time ever I looked into who might be available over the holidays through Meowtel. Jennifer was so kind to accommodate my needs during a busy time for her. She stopped in for a visit with myself and my kitty ahead of time and I knew immediately my boy was going to be in good hands. She is calm and patient and let him come to her and investigate when he was ready, which happened quite quickly! As well as being quite afraid of new people my kitty also requires an inhaler for his asthma. This is always the trickiest part of caring for him but Jennifer was successful from day one! This is a huge feat and I’m so grateful! She sent lots of pics and updates throughout each visit and took time to play with him and give him some exercise and stimulation. I am so grateful for Jennifer’s help and care of my boy and I will definitely be contacting her again in the future ☺️.

Jennifer did a great job with our shy cat. Our cat normally ghosts people she does not know. Jennifer was able to help our cat feel comfortable to stick around long enough for pics. Eat her meals. Best -- when we got home we were pleased to see our cat happy and unfazed by our absence. Jennifer made our cat comfortable while we were gone. Totally recommend!!!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.

To ensure total peace of mind while you're away, every Meowtel reservation comes with a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can have full confidence in your sitter before you leave.
