Jen did an exceptional job at taking care of Katie! There was a major snow storm in my absence and Jen still prioritized the care of Katie in an unplowed driveway/road. Many thanks to her going above and beyond!!

Jen is absolutely the best! I've left a couple reviews for her already, but yet again she managed to go above and beyond what she had already done for my little furry monsters! I had thought I had scheduled her to visit my kitties when I was gone for a short weekend trip, but I had not! I messaged her to mention something about getting in the house and she replied back letting me know she didn't think she was scheduled to visit! I panicked as I was already out-of-town. Despite the last minute notice and the fact that she had plans for the weekend, she rearranged things and made it happen. She is just the best. :)

Jen is a miracle worker with our very shy and sometimes spicy cat! Our cat usually runs and hides from strangers, friends, cat sitters. But Jen got in pets and treat giving. Jen provides lots of info and pics while we are away. Highly recommend!

Jen is the best cat sitter. She is almost always available when we need her and she treats our kitties like her own. She is able to get out more social kitties to play and is so wonderful with our more shy kitty. She is the best and they always look forward to her visits.

Jen went above and beyond with my two cats! she ran into a few scenarios that I didn’t expect and didn’t hesitate to take care of it no questions asked. she was very attentive and great at communicating and sending pictures which really helped ease my worries about them being alone while we were away!

I can't begin to describe how outstanding Jen is. She really goes above and beyond to provide detailed updates, give each cat attention, and make sure that they all feel as at ease as possible with her. Each day we got so many different photos to confirm how they were all doing along with updates on all aspects of their needs (litter, food, eating, playtime, treats, etc.). Jen is also excellent about maintaining communication and updating us if her schedule changes and needs to come a little later than anticipated, even though we don't expect any particular time of day when we are out of town. She is clearly very caring and thoughtful about the care she provides. I have never had such great peace of mind when leaving our cats in the care of someone else.

I've lost track of how many times we've booked Jen, which should tell you enough about how awesome she is. This last time was a particularly long trip away for us, and it is always so reassuring to know that someone who genuinely cares about our cats is looking after them, keeping a sharp eye out for everything, and giving us detailed daily updates.

I could not recommend Jen more. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our cats were cared for and comfortable. We were uneasy after a bad prior experience with a different person and we had to go out of town for medical reasons, so we were very nervous. Jen immediately abated any concerns by giving thorough and regular updates with pictures and quickly earning the trust of all of our cats. She took extra care to make sure their food and water stayed fresh, quickly adapted when one of our litter robots had errors, and even checked on the cats during a bad storm (and brought in and saved some soaked packages). She spent time with each of our cats and played with them. It was clear that this was the best experience our cats have ever had with us out of town, and I am so grateful.

Jen is a great kitty sitter. She is dedicated to the well being of all the cats in her care. Although this visit there were no meds needed in the past she has been responsible to this. She demonstrates professionalism, compassion and caring with each visit.🐕‍🦺❤️😊🐾

Jen ALWAYS goes above and beyond. She has to deal with my cranky, demanding, 81 year old dad as well as my cats. My VERY shy cat trusts her now which is a miracle! As always Jen is the ultimate professional and we adore her. You will not be disappointed if you hire her.

Jen was just awesome. My cats have always had family take care of them whenever I go anywhere, so I was unsure what this experience would be like. Right from the "meet & greet" I felt confident in Jen, though, and after this trip I am certain that my confidence was not misplaced. Her daily messages were wonderful - detailed, contained stories about the kitties along with pictures of them, info about the food and water they ate, and specifics about when she'd be back to see them again. She played with them, brushed them, and just did a phenomenal job and I am very appreciative. And the best part is, when I returned, my little cat monsters were happy and friendly and didn't show any signs of feeling like I had neglected them by going away for a couple days (as they have at times in the past). I will certainly be asking Jen if she'll help for all of my future trips!!!

This is the second time Jen has taken care of my kitties while I'm on vacation. The first time was an amazing experience, but this one -- it may be the best service I've ever had... ever anywhere. Her communication is top-notch, with lots of information and messages about how my little cat monsters are doing, how much they ate, cat box concerns, and just plenty of details to help me feel connected to them while I'm away. Beyond that she sent lots of pictures and videos that showed how much fun she was having with the kitties and how much fun they were having with her. One of my kitties is shy and didn't interact much with Jen the first time she helped out, but this time my shy little princess kitty was fully engaged and excited to play and show Jen around the house. Lastly, both times Jen has taken care of the kitties they have been in a great space when I returned and there was none of the usual distance they exhibit when I've left them for days. I cannot recommend her enough. Single best service I've ever experienced -- and that matters to me because these are my little babies.

Jen exceeded all expectations! She sent me pictures of the cats daily. Even the shyest kitty posed for her cell ***** camera! She coaxed them out of hiding with canned food, toys and affection. Although I missed my fur babies, I know that they were safe and happy in Jen's care.

Jen is an amazing cat sitter and my cats loved her! She went above and beyond to make sure my 3 cats were happy and comfortable. She's great at giving my cat pills for his allergies which isn't easy! I loved receiving the photos/videos of my cats that she took daily, so I knew they were doing great!

Purrfectly, as usual! Daniel adores Jen and Leo is finally coming out to play with her! Our little guy who distrusts almost everyone now loves Jen! It was a long, hard won victory!!

Jen, was excellent. She is sweet and caring of both my house and the kitties . She adapted easily to all kitties in the home. I have a totally feral cat in my home, who actually came out to see her ( he usually hides). Jen was adaptable to schedules, coming early or late depending on the need . I’ll use her again on my next adventure away from home.

Jen knew when to play with one kitty and give the other a little space to warm up. We couldn’t recommend a better sitter!

Excellent service, it's the "Uber" of cat sitting. My sitter was excellent and informative. She loves cats and it showed. I love cats, so I know :-) I will hope this service is reachable to people who need it, such as myself. A literal, "lifesaver". I hope the little cat lover girl named, Sonya and her brother, who started this cat community, get the funding they need to build an amazing network of sitters, worldwide ! I will use this service again !
