My husband and I have a little cabin amidst 22 acres of woods with Willow, our doggo Valentina, and a little flock of chickens and ducks. I'm so excited to start a garden in the spring, too! We are in the process of relocating from Providence, RI to Dover-Foxcroft, ME, unknowingly having been a part of what is now referred to as the "Great Resignation of 2021"... Cats=Life. I've had at least one cat in my life for the last 30 years, and I will never not have a cat. Cats complete my soul, ground me, and rejuvenate my life's energy. Currently I have one 5-year old grey girl, Willow. Willow loves relaxing in her catio that I built for her. I've built multiple custom catios and cat trees for my cats over the years. Enrichment is so important! Before Willow, I had littermates Caesar & Cleo for a wonderful 22 years. Other cats in my life have been Fluffy (my late cat from my childhood), and Zoey and Sonny (who currently live with our daughter in Rhode Island).

We resigned from our decades-long career jobs to start a brand new adventure hundreds of miles away! Make an adventure living! When I'm not obsessing over Willow (ha!), my passions lie within gardening, riding my motorcycle, ATVing, and hiking. I love all things nature.
My goal with our new adventure in life is to experience new things that makes my entire being happy, such as cat sitting other people's cats! I understand how difficult it may be to leave our beloved kitties with a stranger, but I promise to be the best cat-sitter I can be and will not disappoint. I've known many cats in my life with many different personalities (my closest aunt has cared for dozens of cats over the years) and I try my best to understand the needs of each individual personality, as well as dedicating the time and patience it sometimes takes to build the bond of trust. I make sure to evaluate a cat's energy and body language upon meeting them each time. My goal is their comfort and care. I am honest and down-to-earth, and want nothing more than to make kitties happy.
I am in Dover-Foxcroft but will travel to surrounding towns like Milo, Sebec, Dexter, Newport, Corinth, Guilford, Greenville, etc. I will also consider traveling to Bangor.
COVID Precautions: I wear a mask and strictly follow social distancing and hygienic guidelines, however I am not vaccinated, though I am adamant about safety.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
