I would give Rachel more stars if I could. She watched Kitty while I was in Europe. She noticed a potential injury while when it was nighttime for me but still daytime in Chicago. Rachel had the good judgement to reach out to my sister (as well as text me) in case I was sleeping (which I was). She handled it with my sister before I woke up. This exceeded expectations. Apart from our slight emergency, Rachel was the utmost professional, great communicator, and so sweet towards my very needy teenage cat.

This was my first time using this app and it was awesome! Rachel was everything I hoped for and more. She sent detailed updates and pictures and spent the entire time playing with my cat. My cat can be a little picky about meeting people the first time, so it was obvious Rachel gets cats because my cat LOVED her. Rachel made the process easy and was incredibly respectful of my space and listened closely to the little details. I highly recommend Rachel to anyone.

Wonderful pics and my normally skittish and shy girl loved her both times she’s cat-sit for me. It was so nice to have someone who clearly loves and understands cats to check in on my baby while away, it took away so much anxiety for me and my cat!

It was my first time using this app and I’m so glad I gave it a try because Rachel was awesome!! She offered a meet and greet and was super informative about how a drop in works. She was super communicative and always sent me pictures of my babies. My cats warmed up to her right away and I truly appreciate all of Rachel’s help.

Rachael was amazing. Her calming presence was great for my shy guy. My cats were docile, well adjusted and energetic when we returned which is not always the case. She was neat, communicative without being invasive and my door staff was delighted by her attitude.
