I am a bonified modern "crazy cat lady". I spoil my babies as much as I possibly can, and would love to spoil yours while you are away. The toy level in my home is extreme to meet all my kitties special purrrsonalities and preferences. My newest little one is especially fond of crinkle balls and I gave him a whole giant bag for his first birthday and it was literally the BEST DAY EVER for my little guy! I've had a full kitty house of 7 wonderful floofs all at once, with all of them getting along fairly well. Every one of them just showed up on the doorstep at one point or another and decided they found their hoomans and were staying. I've unfortunately lost a couple of our super seniors in the last couple years, my oldest being just shy of 22 by a few weeks, but he was spoiled endlessly like the king he was until his very last day. I work from home and if they weren't spoiled before, they sure are now with the all day cuddles, head scratches, demands for the freshest of water, and snacks. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
